Every new home built in Ontario is covered by the Tarion warranty, protecting your deposit, covering delayed closing and unauthorized substitutions, and warranting the workmanship of the home itself.

Home Construction Regulatory Authority
Blue Jay Homes is licensed by the Home Construction Regulatory Authority, the body that regulates new home builders in Ontario. Licensing means regulatory oversight, consumer protection, professional conduct requirements and continuing education.
