All models are priced with the front wall exterior cladding being a stone skirt. The remainder of exterior walls on all models will be vinyl siding. All models are priced with a 2 car garage, third car garage can be added to any model for $25,000 plus HST. All models are priced without fireplaces but GAS/ELECTRIC fireplaces are available in all models at an extra cost.

Construction
Upgrades to any section available upon request
- Poured concrete foundation walls with damp proofing and foundation wrap. Finish ceiling height is approximately 8’ 4”.

- Temporary concrete patio slab walkways to front entrance from driveway and temporary pressure treated wood steps at all exterior doors if required. All doors that require more than three risers will be secured for your protection.

- Driveway to have crushed granular base (as per site plan).
- Finish grading of entire disturbed portion of lot (as per site plan).

- All kitchens have solid maple dove tailed drawer boxes with soft close drawer slides and doors have soft close hinges.

- Purchaser to supply and install bathroom accessories and mirrors of their choice after closing date.

- Corner tubs (as per plan) will have matching skirt by manufacture & 2 rows of ceramic tile for backsplash.

Laundry Room Plumbing
- Single handle Moen laundry faucet and plastic laundry tub or single standard depth stainless steel sink in cabinet (as per plan).
- In wall washer box with hot and cold hook up for washer and drain pipe (main floor or second floor only).
- Main Floor Laundry in each plan, Dryer vent to outside.
- Natural gas, high efficient on demand hot water (rental).
Heating
- High efficiency forced air natural gas furnace (96% AFUE) ECM fan motor, with necessary ductwork and digital thermostat.

Guarantee & Warranty
- All homes are covered by Ontario New Home Warranty Program with seven year coverage against major structural defects, one year coverage on surface defects and two year coverage on the building envelope. Enrollment fee to be paid by purchaser and will be included in deposit amount.
