How long does it usually take to build a custom home?
Every custom luxury home project is different. It all depends on the size, location, and a myriad of other factors. Most projects take 9 months or longer, dependent on complexity and size. We will do our best to give you a detailed timeline during the planning stage.
Are all your homes built in one specific area or do I get to choose where my home is built?
We’re based in Midland, Ontario, and we service all of Simcoe County and Muskoka. Location is also subject to land availability, planning zone requirements, and other factors.
How much does everything cost?
It varies from home to home, but most homes start in the range of $500,000 and up, with an average cost of $400–$450 per sq. ft.
Do you offer interior design or just the home design?
We do it all! We work with you to figure out your unique style to bring your vision to life—both inside and outside of your new home. Throughout the build, there will be multiple selection meetings with the designer assigned to your project.
Are you available to do extra work after we’re settled into our new home?
Absolutely! If you have ideas for a new addition, shop or an upgrade on anything, just give us a call.
Can I make design changes
during the building process?
We spend a lot of time working with you on the specifics and details of your custom luxury dream home before we start building. Once you are confident the design matches what you envisioned, we will begin to build your home. If something doesn’t quite meet your expectations during any stage of the process, don’t hesitate to reach out. We will work with you to find the best solution!
Do I have to apply for permits?
All you need to do is have a dream. We’ll take care of everything else!
